Each year, the NKCF receives over 1,000 inquiries from patients looking for eyecare professionals who have a special interest and expertise in treating keratoconus. We provide, free of charge, a list of ophthalmologists, optometrists and contact lens fitters practicing in the patient’s home state.
In order to make referrals to the best trained clinicians, we include only ophthalmologists who have completed a fellowship in corneal disease and have indicated their interest in treating these patients. If you would like to be included in the NKCF Referral Service, please complete this application and submit to us.
